Shipping and Returns

**Shipping Policy**

We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination but typically range from 5–10 business days within the U.S.

All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.

We currently ship to the U.S. only. For special requests or international shipping, please contact us.

 

**Return Policy**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blind Squirrel Theory. At this time, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive **defective or damaged**.

If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your claim and do our best to make it right.

Because each product is made to order, we unfortunately **cannot accept returns or exchanges** due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to double-check the size chart before ordering.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how to proceed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.
